Aaliyah Dana Haughton burst into the limelight in 1994 when she released her debut Album Age Ain't Nothing More Than an Number. Aaliyah Danahaughton was only fifteen when her debut album was released as Gold. R. Kelly was a key influence on the collaboration which brought her into the spotlight. In 1996, she released her second album One In A Million with Jermaine dupri and Timbaland. It contained the hit number one single If Your girl only had known. Aaliyah's sophomore album called One in a million, was released in 1996. It included the first hit single"If Your Girl Only Knew. She has also appeared in Leverage, Suits, Grey's Anatomy as well as Grey's Anatomy. She's appeared in many commercials for Volvo's international automobile manufacturer. She is currently working on her acting career at Los Angeles, where she lives with her daughter and husband.
