Suzanne Pleshette (born June 25 1944) was an American actress, voice-over actor and writer. She had over one hundred credits over her nearly five decade-long career. Pleshette is a New York native who began her acting career on stage. Her career progressed to the move to screen. The most notable films are "Rome Adventure," "The Birds', 'Fate Is the Hunt' If it's Tuesday, This Must Be Belgium,' and 'Support Your Local Gunfighter'. She has also appeared in a number of television shows and films. She won the award of four Emmy Awards, and received two Golden Globe Awards. Pleshette was nominated for the Laurel Award twice and won the award in 1963 when she appeared in the film 'The Birds. Pleshette, who died in 2008 was given a Star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
